Neros said the home is unlike any other she’s been asked to sell. “The mathematics involved in creating those curves - Bob had to be very educated,” Folkringa said. His house didn’t just catch the eye from outside - the inside brought twists and turns in every room. “He put a lot of time into that property,” said Clark’s friend, Gary Folkringa.įolkringa said Clark made lasting friendships throughout their neighborhood. The previous owner, Robert Clark, built the home in 1994 and lived there until he died in December. “Oh my gosh, it looks like a flying saucer landed on top of a hill,” said Stacie Neros, of Keller Williams Realty.
